Yuru Yuri is back with a spin-off movie

 According to a press release, the two-part anime feature "Dear Sisters" and "Dear Friends" will be based on Namori's spin-off manga Oomuro-ke (Ohmuro Family), which will be released in Japan in 2024. This Yuru Yuri spin-off, which mostly focuses on Sakurako and her family, is a hit.

However, the press release also included information about the production, highlighting Naoyuki Tatsuwa's direction and the animation being produced by the well-known Passione Studios in partnership with Studio Lings, a team that also collaborated on Watashi no Yuri wa Oshigoto desu! (Yuri is My Job!).
